Terms And Conditions

• Early Bird fees apply between 18th February 2019 and 31st March 2019. All fees must be paid in full by then to qualify for the discount. If payment has not been received, the participant will automatically receive an amended invoice at a higher fee.

• Full conference fees apply from 1st April 2019 to 31st July and all fees must be paid in full by August 31st to attend. If payment has not been received by then, the participant will not be able to attend the conference.

• Cancellations must be in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 15th August are subject to 25% cancellation fee. Between 15th August and 31st August, 50% cancellation fee applies, and after 1st September, 100% cancellation fee applies.

• No shows are liable for the full conference fees.

• A delegate may be substituted with another participant, and an Amendment Fee of 10% applies. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for assistance.
